Eastern
Appraisal & Consulting, Inc. ("EAC") is one of the oldest and most experienced
appraisal and consulting firms in the region. It was founded in
1975 to provide real estate valuation, appraisal review and advisory services throughout
New England and anywhere else our clients require. Associates collectively
have almost 100 years of experience in real estate analysis. H. Randolph
Glennon, III, President, is a CRE member of the Counselors of Real Estate,
an MAI member of the Appraisal Institute, and has an MBA with a real
estate concentration. Richard I. Lewis, Senior
Associate, is an RM member of the Appraisal Institute. Other Associates
have or are candidates for professional designation and all are state licensed and
certified.
Our goal is to help our clients make sound decisions based on the
well-supported opinions of seasoned professionals. We offer independent, timely, reliable,
cost-effective analyses and reports. We are committed to the integrity, service and
excellence our clients deserve. We believe that answers to many real estate
questions do not require an appraisal, and so consulting is an important
service we always offer. We objectively use experience and technical competency
to provide unbiased advice and guidance in pursuit of our clients' best
interests. We maintain privacy and confidentiality in client relationships.
Our proven performance and expertise are based on extensive continuing education
and training; active involvement and leadership in related professional organizations;
and diligent use of modern appraisal and consulting methods,
computer technology and the Internet. Our extensive market data library
is continuously updated.
We offer our clients
the proven benefits of a traditional corporate structure with centralized
offices, data and technical resources, scale economies, staff support,
management, and quality control. Communication is efficient and
effective. We have the resources necessary to provide services in
almost any geographical area. We associate with a wide range of
collaborating professionals including architects, engineers, developers,
assessors, realtors, property managers, financiers, consultants and other
experts, when appropriate and necessary, to get the job done
right.
All of
our work complies with the Uniform Standards of Professional
Appraisal Practice ("USPAP") and other regulatory authorities. We faithfully adhere
to the Code of Professional Ethics. Photos of a few of the properties
for which we have provided appraisal or advisory services are presented
throughout the web site.
