Purpose of Service
Mr. Jackson recently joined the firm as an appraiser and consultant. Members of this firm include appraisers, consultants, and support staff. Senior members have provided valuation and consulting services related to all forms of real estate since 1975. Assignment types and functions are summarized separately.

Business Experience
Mr. Jackson worked in banking and accounting positions after Army duty ending in 1970. Entered the real estate industry in 1978 in commercial lending and loan administration. Has worked in various real estate management, leasing and development positions until 2001. Moved to Portland and worked for large local real estate firm in lease administration and property management. Formed own LLC and operated independently until joining Easter Appraisal and Consulting, Inc.
